PAS Family Advocacy is founded on a 3rd step prayer. being of service to use our pain , experience, and knowledge to educate and advocate for others. Parental Alienation or IPV has profited into a $50 BILLION dollars a year, causing detrimental harm to the innocent babies whom cry for their fit parent nightly, yet can not be seen or touched, or rocked to sleep. This is considered IPV, Intimate Partner Violence to the DSM-5. Any mental health professional should be fully versed on this pathology and underlying signs leading up to full alienation. Between the uninformed and failed court system & the Narcissistic ex-spouse, there is hope, we promise you.
Lawful: That which is created by the People under Common Law, to uphold “right and wrong” and “justice”, and containing the precepts of Common Law: To live honourably, to hurt nobody, to render to everyone his/her due. Case Law. Trial by Jury. De jure. The Law of the Land.
Legal: That which is created by government Legislation for the purpose of governing Legal Persons of every artificial kind. The rules and regulations of Statutory Acts, forming contracts by consent. Having the “colour of law”. Commercial. De facto. The Law of the Sea. Family Court is De Facto courts of equity.
PAS Family Advocacy supports and empowers individuals and families who have been impacted by the fraudulent Family Court de facto scheme, helping them restore their dignity and regain a new sense of normalcy. Working with clients’ inherent resiliency and self-determination, our staff encourage clients to lead in their path to restoring their personal power. We believe in our client's capabilities within, once equipped with the proper knowledge and guidance.
We work with anyone who identifies as a victim of PA, DV, or PTSD primarily from Legal Abuse .
